What is your shipping Policy?

Shipping times and rates are determined by our fulfillment provider, Bay Photo. Rates will vary based on the size of the piece and selected shipping - standard, expedited or international. You will be able to see the shipping options and costs when reviewing your shopping cart. You will receive a tracking number when an item has shipped.

FOR PRINTS We will choose the most cost-effective shipping carrier based on the items ordered and their destination. Shipping times range from 1-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped. 

SHIPPING PRICES are calculated based on your cart total as follows:   

Due to shipping requirements, pieces with a long side greater than 40" or a short side greater than 30" may incur additional charges.  Please see our Crate and Freight shipping policies below for more information. 

Large Size Products and Crating Policies 

Due to shipping requirements and the potential for damage, some products over 30" on the short side, or over 40" in length must be crated at an additional cost.  All additional Crate fees are included in the product total. 

• Crate for MetalPrints over 30x40 to 40x60 $15.00 (required)
• Crate for MetalPrints over 40x60 $20.00 (required) 

We can provide freight quotes for these orders. Please allow additional time for the quote and freight delivery times. 

Shipping Outside of the Continental US, Expedited Shipping, and Special Requests 

APO shipping is charged full cost and sent via USPS. 

Requests for shipping outside of the continental United States, other types of shipping, and expedited shipping will be charged at full cost. 

We are not responsible for duties and taxes required for international shipping. 

Shipping Quotes are available for large orders or orders shipping to international destinations. Please Contact Us with the details of what will be in the order and the address it will be shipped to. 

FOR ORIGINALS & LIMITED EDITIONS 

Shipping times range from 3-9 business days. Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as available. Shipping for these items will be based on weight:

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS?

We’ve done our best to provide you with a very clear picture of what you will be getting, with the ability to zoom into images, and features like Wall Preview, and even Live Preview AR throughout this store website.  Each piece is custom ordered to your selected specifications. Therefore, we have to insist that sales are final.  Exceptions are made of course for products defective on arrival or any damage during shipping.  If your prints arrive damaged, please keep all packaging and Contact Us or email msilecky@kitsunetaleproductions.com with your order number for further instructions.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?  

All print sales are final. Please Contact Us or email msilecky@kitsunetaleproductions.com within 48 hours of ordering if you would like to adjust your order. If our fulfillment provider is still able to accomodate order changes without additional charges, we will gladly work with you to seek desired adjustments. However, we cannot guarantee changes will be possible. Refunds for cancellations are not possible once the order is submitted, as it is immediately sent to our fulfillment provider.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A REFUND?

Do prints have a border?

Yes, prints on paper do.  They are printed with a white border in proportion to the paper size.  So for example, 15 x 10 inch prints have a one-inch border, while 36 x 24 inch prints have a three-inch border.  We currently offer some collections in other formats, like metal or acrylic.  These do not have a border.  See below for more info. 

 Are the prints signed?

Yes!  All paper prints have Matej’s signature digitally printed into the bottom right below the image.  Other formats include the signature on the image.

Are the prints ready to frame?

Yes, there are several options: 

 1)      You can order just the print and mount and frame it yourself. 

 2)      You can order most print with a mat and frame it yourself. 

 3)      You can order most prints with or without a mat and a frame. 

 4)      You can order the print with a Gatorfoam backing to make framing easier.  With the proportional white border, the prints look nice with or without additional matting. 5)      You can order the print with Gatorfoam with mounting blocks so no frame is needed.  Your print will arrive ready to hang.  There are two Gatorfoam blocks mounted to the back to hang the print and make it float ½” off the wall.  Simple, modern, easy.

What are the image sizes?

Image sizes vary depending upon the photograph or piece of digital art. Look at the available size options for the given piece. Many of the pieces can be printed in sizes, and much larger formats than those listed on the site. If you are looking for a certain size, please Contact Us.

I’m interested in a print or format that isn’t listed on the site. Can I request it?

Yes!  If there is a Matej Silecky image you are interested in but don’t see in the art store, please Contact Us.  We are happy to arrange custom orders.
