how long do i have to request an exchange or replacement?
If your order is defective on arrival or has been damaged during shipping, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. KEEP ALL PACKAGING and Contact Us or email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number for further instructions. We may ask you to provide photographs of the defective and/or damaged print, as well as damaged packing material, so that we can request a replacement from our fulfillment provider, Bay Photo.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
All print sales are final. Please Contact Us or email email@example.com within 48 hours of ordering if you would like to adjust your order. If our fulfillment provider is still able to accomodate order changes without additional charges, we will gladly work with you to seek desired adjustments. However, we cannot guarantee changes will be possible. Refunds for cancellations are not possible once the order is submitted, as it is immediately sent to our fulfillment provider.
HOW DO I RETURN MY PACKAGE?
Because all print sales are final, and photographic proof of defective and damaged items is typically sufficient to support a request for a replacement, return shipping is quite unlikely.
Should you wish to return an order for reasons other than defective product or damage during shipping, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and a 15% restocking fee. If you return an item for reasons other than defective product or damage during shipping, and we have made special arrangements for a refund, the item MUST be returned in NEW condition. It is therefore recommended that you insure the item for return shipping. Any such special requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order and the item must be returned within 1 MONTH of receiving your order.
